LINKY FOR INITIAL GOALS and STARTING WEIGHT/MEASURE POST with BEFORE PIC for the Eve to Easter 2012 Challenge.

Add your url before the end of day on December 31, Eastern Time.

Reread the rules if you must to be sure you include all required info in the initial post.

 

Your initial post must contain the following:

 

1. Pic of your item of clothing or you in it (fitting not quite or partially).

2.Your starting weight and starting waist measure. Include measures for any other body part you wish to track with us.

3. Your goals--measurable ones like a caloric range, type and number of exercise sessions per week/hours per day/etc, how many glasses/ounces of fluid, or other trackable BEHAVIORS and changes--and add a comment or two about where you'd like to be at challenge end. Measurable.

4. The title(s) of the book(s) you will read and comment upon during the challenge.

5. Add your guiding quote in your initial post. Try to list it in every subsequent challenge post (both the weekly update and your midweek check-in update). It may inspire someone else.

 

6.The name/blog of your buddy and how you will plan to be in contact with them. You must follow up with them after your linky is entered and you know with whom you are paired. Make sure you communicate and set up a system to update for each other when one is out of town, inaccessible to internet, etc.

7. A commitment to comment on at least 3 challenger blogs per week for support. They can be the same 3, or different 3 each week. Up to you.

8. A vow to NOT QUIT the challenge, thereby abandonig your "buddy" and disappointing the crew. Be accountable to all of us, not just yourself.

 When in doubt about the rules/elements of the challenge, check the eve2easter blog,  where they will be displayed in a list on the sidebar left.
