After 14 weeks, we ended with 16 finale updates. 16 out of 18 after 4 months. Darn good, people!

Let's continue to create healthful changes in our lives. I pray we all make goal weight in 2012 or 2013 (for the larger ladies)...and live better lives for it.

I apologize for Bethany's absence. She had a lot going on this weekend. There are changes at work that are very stressful for her plus there was an algebra final that took her 3 days to complete online and caused no small amount of stress. She just simply forgot to weigh in and post. I'm sure she will update on her blog later. She is off today but is running errands right now. It has been a long weekend for her.
