This is it. The finale. Thank you to all who stuck it out and worked with the issues, not giving up. You rock!
No matter how you did, know that sticking it through, good times, bad times, is necessary. Life will throw ups and downs our way. We have to learn to deal with food in all situations, to move with consistency, to believe in our progress, no matter what.
Now, remember to be comprehensive: a final photo of you in the outfit (unless it doesn't fit at all), anything about your book, goals, quotes, progress, setbacks, obstacles, best tips, etc, that you want to discuss. This is not mostly for US. This is mostly for YOU. For future reference and for progressing. On the plus side, it will help others who study the online journey of weight-loss bloggers. Mostly, it's for YOU.
I hope this was beneficial for you. I've already heard from folks like Betty, Jordan, Nanette that this challenge was valuable for them. I'm really glad. If I helped at all...I'm very glad.
Now, let's continue to learn and make progress and overcome!
